The reservation must be accompanied in all cases by written confirmation and the Hotel must also be provided with the complete details of at least one valid credit card on which a pre-authorisation is made.
Pre-authorisation is not a purchase. It consists in verifying the validity of the card and the consequent temporary block of the amount of the first night (in the 5 days prior to the customer’s arrival) to guarantee the reservation.
If the pre-authorisation is unsuccessful, we will regretfully have to consider the reservation as invalid. We will contact the customer to inform them.
Guests who wish to receive an invoice for their stay are kindly requested to communicate it during the confirmation process, as well as promptly notify the invoice details, otherwise the hotel will produce a nominative fiscal receipt.
The cancellation of the reservation must be sent to the Hotel in written form, the Hotel reserves the right to apply a fee as per the Cancellation Policy indicated below:
- Up to 3 days prior to the check-in date: no cancellation fee
- In the 3 days prior to the check-in date: fee equal to one night’s stay
- In case of no-show: only the first night’s stay will be charged.
Once you have checked in, changes made to the duration of your stay (e.g. bringing forward the departure date) will result in the payment of the entire stay.
In case of theft or damage caused to the hotel by the customer during their stay, the Management reserves the right to charge the corresponding amount.
Rates include Bed and Breakfast from 07:00 am to 10:30 am, concierge service.
Rooms are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival until 11:00 am on the day of departure.
We do not accept checks.
